I loved the hotel facilities - the pool was pristine and the rooms were spacious with great views. The location was perfect, only a short walk away from the city centre and the bustling port. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center and with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The staff provided excellent service, giving me the best experience during my stay. The rooms were large and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a range of facilities, including a spa, swimming pool, and fitness studio, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed eating outside in the restaurant.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Breakfast was very good with large selection. It was my fifth visit, so I guess that speaks for itself. We'd be happy to do it again on a suitable occasion. I can only recommend this place.

Breakfast was very good. Especially the coffee tasted very good. Fresh fruit was offered. The room was spacious and very practical.

we got a better room category. The huge room with sunbeds + parasol in the outside area and a wonderful view over Lake Garda was unique.

The highlight of our stay was waking up to stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. We were also impressed with the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of cold meats, cheeses, pastries, and juices. The hotel's location was also ideal, close to the lake and within walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops.

The hotel fell short in a few areas. The staff could have been friendlier and more attentive to our needs.

The hotel's location is a prime selling point, situated right on the edge of the lake, offering a stunning view, and an astro turfed area to relax. Shops for necessities are conveniently located nearby. Rooms are spacious and cleaned nicely, with a fridge provided. Breakfast options exceed expectations, with more choices than usual continental breakfasts. Staff is well-mannered, with helpful receptionist and polite restaurant staff.

One of the common issues faced by several guests is that the air conditioning isn't functional outside certain hours, making it tough to sleep at night.

Short stop. We could not use a, becausell the offers, since we were in a ruch, therefore I cannot say anything about it. . But our expectations were more than fulfilled. Direct traffic connection, underground car park, directly on the beach and 5 minutes walk from the center. Exceptionally good pizza.

Dining room very outdated, breakfast confusing

The Xmas experience at this hotel was amazing! The decorations were beautiful, and the staff really made an effort to create a festive atmosphere. The location was perfect–right by the lake and close to the town center. Plus, the spa was just what we needed after a long day of exploring.

The food was not the best. The breakfast was decent, but the dinner buffet was a bit disappointing. Also, the overall cleanliness could have been better in some areas. But, with such a great location and friendly staff, we still had a wonderful holiday.

Very friendly and helpful staff (reception). Nice comfortable rooms with a beautiful view over the lake. We enjoyed the pool in combination with the closeness to the beach. Close to the shops and restaurants.

The wellness area (spa) is nice but could be improved by making sure the sauna is working and the possibility to offer massage, pedicure etc. However, this was not really a set-back for us since the weather was lovely and we enjoyed being out-doors.
